EMS Pelvic Floor Chair — Clinician-Led Treatment
The EMS Chair uses focused electromagnetic energy to trigger deep pelvic floor muscle contractions — the kind that are nearly impossible to achieve through voluntary exercise alone. In just one 28-minute session, your pelvic floor completes the equivalent of 11,000 Kegel contractions, fully clothed, with zero effort and zero downtime.
What makes Venus different is that every session is clinician-led. You don't just sit in a chair — you work with our women's health clinician through guided exercises and progress testing at every visit, so you can see and feel the difference building session by session.
For optimal results, we suggest 6–10 treatment sessions, scheduled twice a week over roughly 3 weeks. Some people benefit from additional top-up sessions every 6–12 months, depending on the condition of their pelvic floor.
Each session lasts 28 minutes, and you remain fully clothed throughout.
This varies based on your underlying health and the overall condition of your pelvic floor. To maximise effectiveness, completing a full 6-session course is advised — many people notice continued improvement for 6–12 months following their initial treatment, with top-up sessions available if needed.
The sensation feels like gentle impulses that cause your muscles to contract. If the intensity feels uncomfortable, Lony can adjust it to suit your needs.
Every EMS Chair session at Venus is led by a qualified women's health clinician — not a technician. You're in expert hands from your very first visit.
Lony is the founder of Venus Holistic Health & Wellness. With an international physical education background and postgraduate specialisation in women's health — including pre- and postnatal exercise prescription and pelvic floor and urinary incontinence treatment — she leads every EMS Chair session personally, with a hands-on, results-focused approach.
